What am I about…

There's a reason people call me.

It doesn't matter if the topic is taxes, perfume, or partnerships. They call because I see patterns they can't.

Pattern recognition isn't a party trick. It's what saved projects. It's what stabilized turnarounds. It's what earned me a seat in rooms where leaders preferred comfort over hard truth.

And that's when I'd say: "Can we have an honest moment?"

I spent 20 years as a corporate risk whisperer. Senior leaders like good news. But businesses survive on foresight not comfort.

Then I started watching something closer to home.

Small businesses in Philadelphia closing quietly. Profitable. Promising. Gone. Not because they were incompetent but because they couldn't get ahead of what was coming. Tariffs. Regulation. Economic shifts. Structural change. By the time they reacted, the pressure was already inside the model.

Why beauty?

Because I'm the consumer who had to replace brand after brand when they disappeared or diluted their promise to survive.

I could have chosen any industry. I chose this one because indie beauty deserves stability, not survival mode.

I'm here for the founders who feel the signals but can't quite interpret them yet.

We start with containment. We build toward adaptive capacity. That's what I install.
